1. Business Builder Hosting

2. Domains
Includes professional management of your domains including assistance with registration, lookups, whois contact information, transfers and Domain Name Services support.

Cost: $22.50/year (com, .org, .net), $27.50/year (.ca), $12/year (Pointing Plan)

3. Programming
OSM is pleased to offer programming services to address any specific customer driven requirements that exceed beyond the Product feature set. Such projects can be initiated by the Reseller at anytime, under one of the following models:

(a) Joint development initiatives will be individually assessed for overall cost and a shared cost arrangement will be determined on a project by project basis. Legalities regarding code ownership and sharing of costs will be addressed on a project by project basis.

(b) Fully funded, Reseller initiated custom programming request. Reseller provides detailed Business Requirements Documentation, OSM responds with a cost estimate for funding approval.

(c) Projects may also be undertaken on an hourly basis according to the number of programming hours spent as recorded by the OSM task management system.

4. Consulting Services
OSM is pleased to offer the Reseller consulting services from our vast experience in the following areas:

5. Design Services
OSM is pleased to join forces with existing Reseller design and marketing providers. OSM recognizes its primary role and expertise in the Web space. OSM is pleased to provide any and all multi­media, graphics, advertising, branding services as required by the Reseller.

6. Website Marketing Services
We achieve success for our customers using a two step process.

A.) Review SEO industry information that allows the professional optimizers at OSM understand what Search Engines look for when they rank a site.

B.) Optimize site by eliminating on­site techniques that can impede the search engine spidering process and replace with latest techniques to achieve maximum results.

7. Reseller Branded Tech Support
The following service is offered by OSM Networks to allow our Resellers to focus on new sales following the successful completion and launch of a project.

Service includes:
  • Your own dedicated 1-­800 number Canada and US calling
  • Branded Support "Thankyou for calling <your Co > Technical Support”
  • 7 X 24 online ticket system
  • 9am – 5pm EST phone support use of customer supplied scripts for technical, informational or billing related issues
  • Based on call centre support time.as recorded by the OSM Networks Level 1 Tech Support team within the OSM Task System.
  • Best effort to document the reason for the call and solution will be made.
  • Reports available on request from the VOIP phone system as well as the OSM Task System.
  • Service can be stopped at anytime with 30 days notice ­stopping service will result in loss of the same 1­800 number.
  • Charges apply regardless of the type, reason or source of the call.
  • Every attempt to limit calls to 15 minutes will be made.
  • Escalation of issues beyond Level 1 Tech Support responsibility will be evaluated by the Account Manager and addressed outside the scope of this service.

8. Professional Services
The following services are offered by OSM Networks to assist our Resellers in getting projects finished quickly and customer sites launched smoothly.
Services Include:
  • Project Management
  • Calling/emailing Customer on behalf of Reseller
  • Onetime email setup for customer based on list provided
  • Onetime PC setup assistance with new email account
  • Domain setup and/or transfer (on transfers customer must have full admin email access)
  • SiteApex Training(1 hour phone or customer attending meeting)
  • Site Launch

9. Pre­defined Website Packages
The following website packages are offered by OSM Networks, to simplify for the Reseller, the effort required to price the most common proposals we have seen to date. Future packages may be added to this list as new requirements are determined.

All Packages include:
  • SiteApex content management system
  • Site keyword search feature
  • Dynamically updated site map
  • All default modules and plugins for your SiteApex product (Business Builder default listed in section 1), with the option of adding costed modules listed
  • One flash rotator or random image generator per site (additional rotators or generators are $150 each)
  • SEM Intro Package (retail price $285)
  • Populate/Layout for up to 5 Landing Pages

Design Package 1: Customized Template Design (Semi­Custom)
  • Customer selects from choice of existing template
  • Customized Top Banner Image, Logo, side navigation area, and footer
  • Custom Colour and Styles(Font, Size, Colour for text body, title and sub­titles)

Design Package 2: Fully customized design by OSM / or Design Slice from mockup by others
  • Fully customized design unique to customer requirements
  • Highly graphical design with fine detailing

  • Custom navigation design

Design Package 3: Migration of an existing Website
  • Convert an existing website design into a dynamic Site Apex Template

  • Slice and code a provided design into a dynamic Site Apex Template

11. SiteApex & Module Development
OSM agrees to undertake continuous improvements in both the functionality and ease of use of SiteApex CMS and related modules for the non-technical user and to fully document the functionality and how to use these products in non-technical language. OSM agrees to report on priorities for improvement and provide release notes to Reseller on product improvements.

12. Web Content Accessibility
Pricing available on a project by project basis until product can be defined further and pricing established.

13. Web Content Population
OSM agrees to populate page content provided by reseller/client based upon the following rates:

$X/page (A page is considered to be up to 500 words and 5 images)

Plus an additional cost of $Y/table, and if there are more than Z tables per page, there shall be no charge for page population.
