Updating Form Notification Email Address
You can freely update the contact that receives emails from a Form on your website. It supports sending to multiple contacts. Please note these emails are subject to more scrutiny by spam filters so look for the responses in your spam/junk folders and mark as not spam.
- Login into your SiteApex Admin [How to].
- In the left menu under Modules in Use click on Form Builder.
- Find and Edit the Form in question.
- In the General tab under Notification Email Address change the email address. Careful to enter correctly and use a semi-colon between multiple emails.
- Click Save at the bottom of the edit page to complete the change.
