Every SiteApex Reseller has an Account Rep who is your main point of contact for incoming projects and general questions.

Technical support is available by several means:
  1. has online manuals and video tutorials
  2. is our online ticket system to place a request to OSMís technical support team
  3. When you call our office, press 2 to be directed to the technical support queue.
 Technical support looks after issues with the system itself Ė pages not publishing properly, email settings, etc. All other general inquiries should be sent to your account rep.
