My Ad Suddenly Stopped Displaying?

There are a few reasons why your ad may have suddenly stopped displaying on your website.

1. The ad 'expired'

Go to edit the ad that stopped displaying and check to make sure that the ad end date has passed or not. If it has and you wish to have the ad continue displaying, move the end date out further.

2. The ad was set to 'inactive'

Go to edit the ad that stopped displaying and check to make sure that the ad is set to active. If it's set to inactive, it will not display.

3. A View Limit was hit

Go to edit the ad that stopped displaying and check to make sure that the view limit hasn't been hit. Scroll down to the bottom of the edit screen and if enable view limit has been set to yes, change it to no, submit, then check your website to see if the ad is displaying again. If it is, then your view limit has been hit. Either disable the view limit, or increase it if you wish for your ad to continue displaying.

4. The ad has been removed from the ad campaign

If someone removed the ad from the ad campaign(s) it was displaying it, then the ad will no longer show.

Go to edit the ad that stopped displaying, scroll down to where it says 'campaigns' and make sure the ad has been added to your campaigns. Any campaigns that the ad has been added to will be selected in blue.

5. The ad has been deleted

Go to 'list ads' and look for your missing ad in the list. If you don't see it, then the ad has been deleted by yourself or another user. Ads are not recoverable so you'll need to create it if this has happened.
