Missing some editor buttons since the recent upgrade to version 7?
Since the recent upgrade to SiteApex version 7, we have had some reports of users missing some of the editor buttons. We have found this to be due to browser caching and usually a couple of quick steps can resolve the issue.
To restore the buttons, please right click on the editor toolbar and choose the option that will refresh the frame. See screenshots below for Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer browsers.
The red arrow indicates the area to right click your mouse. Then choose the circled option in the menu that appears.
