How to Add a Directory to your website

Setting up a Directory Page

In the SiteMap, add a page which will contain the Directory.
Under "Type of Page”, select "Directory" to allow the module to be added to the page. On step 2, you will be prompted to select which Directory to display on the page.
Publish your site.

Directory Page Options

The default display of your directory will display the category menu above the full list of all directory items in alphabetical order. Use the settings to adjust module display and enable front end management.

Note: Additional setup required for Maps display. Please contact your sales or account manager.

Directory	Select the Directory to display on this page.
Display Type	The display type determines how the directory will be displayed to visitors to your website. Alphabetical and Category views will display directory items in a list, Map Display will show the directory items on a series of maps, by category.
Additional map display settings (not applicable to Alphabetical or Category display.)
Map Display Types	Standard road map, Google Earth satellite view, Mixture of road and satellite views, Physical terrain map view, Custom tiled base map
Maximum Zoom	Set the default zoom when a visitor first sees the map.
Enable Mouse-Wheel Zoom	This allows the user to zoom in/out on the map with their mouse.
Item Popup Size	These settings, for width and height of the map item popups, will determine the size of the information popup that appears when visitors click on markers. Sizes are in pixels.
Always Display Listings	Displays the full list of directory items in alphabetical order below the map.
Marker Clustering	Depending on the zoom level the map will display multiple markers as one to help reduce the amount of markers displaying when zoomed out.
Advanced Map Filter/Ordering	This area allows further tweaking of the map filtering and ordering. We do not recommend changing these settings.

Managing Categories on a Page

Once you have created a directory, added some categories and placed it on a page you can organize the ordering of your categories.

Log into your Admin and In your SiteMap navigate to the page with your directory. Click to Edit.
Click on the Modules tab to manage the Directory module options for that page.
