Adding Jobs to a Job System

Once you have created a Job System and some categories you can now add specific jobs to your system. These jobs will allow visitors to view job details and apply for jobs right on your website.

  1. If you are not already in the Job Posting Modules area go to Modules > Job Posting and click on Manage Jobs on the Job System you have created.


  2. This will load up a the full panel with new options including "Add Job". Click this to add a new job to your Job system.
  3. Add a Job requires you to at least select an Employer a Category, Job title and start and end dates but we recommend filling out as many details as possible. See all the options below. Once complete click "Go" at the bottom.
Job Options

Employer: 
Category: Choose the category this job goes under.
Job Title: Name of the job or Job Title
Short Description: Quick description of this job. This displays on the job list area on the front end. (optional)
Full Description: Long description of this job. This display once the visitor clicks on the job title to see more details (optional)
Start Date: Select the opening date this job can be applied for.
End Date: Select the closing date for this job. Jobs will disappear from the job list after this date.
Active: Yes will make this job active. No will disable this job from appearing in the Job list under it's category.
Requires Login to View: 
Requires Login to Respond:
City: The city the job is located in.
State: The state or province the job is located in
Web Address: Internet website address for the company or organization hiring.
Reply To: This is the e-mail reply to address that the Thank you Email will display when they receive the email.
Response Thank You: Type your custom thank you message that the visitor will receive after applying.
File 1: Upload a file that you may want the visitor to download and view. (optional)
Name for File 1: Give that file a name.
Description for File 1: Give the file a description.
File 2: Upload a file that you may want the visitor to download and view. (optional)
Name for File 2: Give that file a name.
