Adding OSM as a Facebook administrator
Few things to note:
- Make sure you (client) have claimed ownership of the business page in Facebook Business Manager.
- Add Admin user in Facebook Business Manager using Allan Lawrence's email address instead of the name. Please ask your contact for that email address.
Login to Facebook and go to business.facebook.com.
Go to the Business Settings.
Select OSM Websites.
Once on the new page, go to 'Accounts' then 'Pages' located on the left-hand bar.
In the search bar under the title Pages, find the customer page you'd like to request access for.
Select the blue 'Add' button and choose 'Request access to a Page'.
The client now needs to approve your request from their account.
Once your request has been approved, you need to go back into the Business Settings in the Business Manager to 'assign a person'. You will not be able to work on their Page until you've completed this step.
Go to 'Accounts" then 'Pages'. Find and select the page you need.
In the search bar under the title People, type in "Allan Lawrence". Select this account.
Turn on all of the access/permission levels. Click save.
