SiteApex cPanel - Add Email Mailbox
Once cPanel is connected It is easy to Add Accounts, Manage Passwords and view email usage. directly through SiteApex.
- Control Panel
- cPanel
- Click Email Account Mailbox.
Add Account
Ensure you note and provide the password to the person using the account.
- Provided the name or position for the email address. This cannot be changed once set.
- Carefully enter a new password. Try and achieve a high score. Use capital letters, numbers and at least 1 special character.
- We recommend using the mailbox quota to restrict how much this account can use but use your own discretion. Note, log into cPanel or myhelpportal.com to check disk quota.
- Clicking "Add Email" will create the account. It should be able to receive mail immediately. You can log into the Webmail immediately as well: https://yourDomain.com/webmail or https://webmail.yourDomain.com
