SiteApex cPanel - Add Email Mailbox

Once cPanel is connected It is easy to Add Accounts, Manage Passwords and view email usage. directly through SiteApex.

  1. Control Panel
  2. cPanel
  3. Click Email Account Mailbox.

Ensure you note and provide the password to the person using the account.

  1. Provided the name or position for the email address. This cannot be changed once set.
  2. Carefully enter a new password. Try and achieve a high score. Use capital letters, numbers and at least 1 special character.
  3. We recommend using the mailbox quota to restrict how much this account can use but use your own discretion. Note, log into cPanel or myhelpportal.com to check disk quota.
  4. Clicking "Add Email" will create the account. It should be able to receive mail immediately. You can log into the Webmail immediately as well: https://yourDomain.com/webmail or https://webmail.yourDomain.com
